2024 Musical PERFORMANCES BY

Buckstein

Colorado grown — born and raised at 5280.

“I don’t like country music but I like you.”

Maybe it’s that “no-fear-of-the-edge” mentality that hooks the non-country-lovin’ folk… but no doubt the 6’4” bass-baritone powerhouse melts, molds, and moves you the way only a man of country music can. .

The most common question a singer will be asked is, “When did you start singing?” Buckstein’s answer: “When I found out that the chicks dig it.” Sounds like a punchline but it’s the truth.

Ryan Chrys

At a glance, Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts are a 4-piece touring band that shares male and female leads in a mix of old school country and rock n roll. Call it western outlaw, modern outlaw country, or just plain outlaw.

Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts bring forth new energy to music fans who love the heroes and outlaws of old. Influenced by the songs and personalities of legends like Waylon and Willie, they drive their sound with blazing guitars and a rock n roll attitude. The band pays respect to classic styles, but anyone can tell from their overdriven sound that they’re far from traditionalists. Recommended for lovers of both classic country and 70’s rock n roll.

The Barlow

You’ve heard of Texas country and Oklahoma red dirt. No doubt you’re also familiar with outlaw country and Southern rock. Now take all those Americana music styles and change the scenery. How about Denver, Colorado? That’s exactly where you’ll find The Barlow, a rugged, four-piece band brewing its own mountain-high version of Colorado country. One listen to The Barlow’s third full-length album New Year, Old Me available June 24th, and you hear a fresh spin on a familiar sawdust-floor friend.

The Barlow – Shea Boynton on vocals, guitar, and banjo; Jason Berner on bass; Ben Richter on drums; and Brad Johnson on guitar and vocals – consider New Year, Old Me a giant, boot-print step toward solidifying their sound. These four guys have no desire to blend into the background. They have something to say.

The Country Music Project

Since 2009, The Country Music Project has been performing as a seven-piece ensemble with four-part male and female vocals ,along with a fiddle and pedal steel guitar. This instrumentation gives the group the ability to perform a tremendous variety of music – from traditional country, to modern country, to party and variety music. TCMP also breaks down into smaller ensembles for acoustic performances.

TCMP is Colorado’s most experienced, talented, and entertaining live music! Be sure to add The Country Music Project to the program for your event!
